My name is Annalees Lim and I am a Maker and Creator of all things arty and crafty.
My background is mainly in production design and prop making for theatre, independent films and festivals/events. I graduated in 2006 in Designs for Film and Television with a BA hons from Nottingham Trent University and have since been working in various art department positions from art directing to set dressing. I also did a post graduate course in Prop Making in 2009 at the University of Arts, London. To view examples of this work, you can view my photographs here.
Recently I have been working as a freelance artist, trading under the name of ‘Makers and Creators’ and have been involved in delivering creative workshops to different community groups in my local area. I have loved working on more unusual projects such as school stage productions and Horsham's 'One World' Carnival.
I am now concentrating on providing socially inclusive and accessible workshops and am involved in Horsham District Council's Aiming High sessions for children and young adults with additional needs.
