Creative Maker, The Electric Theatre, Guildford
I had great Half Term fun with a lovely group of children, after being asked to run the workshop by Makers and Creators' friend, Luna (Creative Maker)! We learnt to sew, made some felt butterflies and even had time to have a biscuit! Here are some pictures of the children with their creations...

Discovery Day; Broadbridge Leisure Centre
It was great to be asked back to deliver another screen printing workshop for children and young people with additional needs and their families. We printed our own cupcake birthday cards and then they were beautifully coloured in! Keep you eye peeled for more of these free sessions....I have had more screen developed and there are new designs to be printed!


Eco Chic; Craft Book Series
I was kindly asked by Hachette Children's Books to work with author Susannah Blake to create 44 new crafts that looked at recycling, re-using and the environment. The books are being published in April 2012 but I have added some photo's below of the sort of crafts you can learn to make from things you find from around the house! Lovely jubly!!

TALA, Rainbow; Art Direction 2011
I was called in last minute to art direct for a lovely new artists TALA who was filming a music video for her original song 'Rainbow'. I scrabbled around looking for cauldrons, making voodoo dolls and buying too many candles for the video. It was a long days filming but I think it was worth it.... pictures below, but here is the link to see the vid!!



Shakespeare By Numbers - Romeo & Juliet; August 2011
It rained and rained, and then sun came out. But all in all it was an absolutely lovely day (THANK YOU Arundel Theatre Trail); we ran a creative workshop for passers by to join us in some last minute prop and set making before our grande performance of Romeo&Juliet (with a twist)! It really was lovely to see so many people join Lemon&Lime theatre - It really did end our summer programme with a bang!

The preparations for the carnival are in full flow and I have been working my way around different Horsham community groups to help them create their procession flags for the canival on Sunday 24th July. Here are just a few pictures of the making and creating...
The Snow Queen - Millais School Production 2011 @ The Capitol, Horsham
I can not say how proud I was of the members of 'Theatre Craft' after school club who made amazing set peices and props for the production. I also need to applaud the efforts of all the backstage crew - they picked up all the scene changes so quickly, making the whole show run incredibly smoothly! Well done to everyone involved- I can't wait to work with you all again to create the next production!
Together In Mind - Screen Printing Workshop 2011
This four week screen printing course aimed to create specially designed T.Shirts to promote awareness of the T.I.M group and mental health. The final design that was created was brilliant! I was so impressed by everyone - below shows the fruits of everyones labours!!





Lemon & Lime Theatre Workshops: 2011
The second delve into the 'Play In The Day' workshops saw the 'day I discovered' theme wonder into the world of Ancient Egypt. Below are picture of the set we made - tombs, mummys, treasure and more were created in one short day. Once again...very impressed by the participants!
Lemon & Lime Theatre Workshops: 2011
My Lemon & Lime adventure started in March 2011, and in April the first theatre workshops were launched. We aim to provide a platform for local young people to access theatre skills, exploring the concept of putting on A Play In A Day. Below are pictures of the 'pop up' set pieces that were created in a matter of hours....phew! Lots and lots of hard work was done by all! Keep an eye out for more Lemon & Lime theatre workshops coming soon.




Lantern Making Workshop: 2011
On Saturday 26th March at 8.30pm people switched off their lights in their homes and public buildings to raise awareness of climate change and Earth Hour. To prepare for the big swtch off Horsham District Council asked me to run an art workshop to create decorated lanterns from recycled jam jars. With the sun shining down on us, over 100 people turned up to learn more about Earth Hour and sit down to create their master pieces!



Screen Printing Workshop; 2011
This six week printmaking workshop was held at QEII School, Horsham, as a part of the Aiming High scheme from Horsham District Council, and was available to young people with additional needs and their siblings.








Flag Making Workshops; Carnival 2010
Alongside the carnival costumes for the 'One World' carnival in Horsham Park, flag making workshops were offered to local groups to join in with the procession. The silk flags were made using a batiking technique and then dyed.


Billy Elliot Stage Production 2010
Working with the students of Millais School and Forest School, Horsham, I created a set design for their production of Billy Elliot. I worked with small groups of students for the painting and decoration of the set, the prop making and back stage tasks during the performances.




Rock Challenge 2010
This is a national dance competition that is held anually, with regional heats held up and down the country. I worked with Forest School, Horsham, to create their stage design that would compliment their contemporary choreography, and worked with a small group of students to make and decorate the designs.
